Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Carian Ltd (“we”, “us”), which operates FlexyGames. They apply to flexygames.com and the browser games on it. By playing the games or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The games

The games are free to play. We may add, change or remove games and features, rebalance them, or stop offering them at any time. We try to keep your progress safe, but progress can be lost or reset, for example after an update, and we are not obliged to restore it.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one:

• use a Google account that is your own;
• keep access to it safe, since anyone who can open your Google account can sign in as you;
• you must be 13 or older, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms yourself, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

You can have your account deleted at any time; our Privacy Policy explains how, and what we store.

Hall of fame

Joining a game's hall of fame is optional and shows the name and country you choose, and your scores, to everyone. Choose a name that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else and does not advertise anything. Scores must come from playing the game. We may rename or remove an entry that breaks these rules or that we believe was not earned by playing, and we may reset or close the hall of fame.

Fair use

Please do not:

• disrupt, overload or try to break into the site, the games or the services behind them;
• use automated tools to create accounts or to send requests in bulk;
• tamper with saved progress or scores in a way that affects other players;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Ownership

The games, their code, artwork and text, and the FlexyGames name belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may play the games for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, republish, sell or host them elsewhere without our written permission. Linking to flexygames.com is welcome.

Nothing to buy

The browser games currently sell nothing. Gold, credits and other in-game items are part of the game: they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Other services

Signing in with Google is provided by Google under its own terms. Links to other sites, such as Google Play, lead to services we do not control.

No warranty

The site and the games are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise that they will always be available, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the site or the games. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Ending

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop providing the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date; if you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not take away any protection that the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer and that cannot be set aside by agreement.
